It never feels particularly ambitious, but it has enough charm to keep things pleasant without demanding too much from the viewer. The performances are natural and help give the film a relaxed appeal. The cast fits the tone well, bringing enough warmth and chemistry to make the characters likable, even if they are not especially memorable. Visually, the film keeps things simple and clean.
