His first act of vengeance is the kidnapping of the presiding judge's daughter. Next he moves on to the D.E.A. team members who are meeting on a luxury yacht... a devastating explosion blows the yacht sky high leaving only two survivors, agent Grant Stevens(STEVE SAYRE, star of Death Penalty and Rampage) and the beautiful Patricia Lane(Caroline Ambrose, star of Invasion), daughter of one of the dead agents.
