由Gerry Chiniquy执导Inspector Clouseau of the French Surete goes to England to assist Scotland Yard in apprehending an international criminal, but because he is in the more civilized British Isles, trigger-happy Clouseau is barred from using his gun! Every time Clouseau raises his gun to fire at the criminal, he is chastised by a polite Scotland Yard officer, who urges, "No shooting!"
