In a fishermen village in the South of Senegal, Mamadou imposes his law by controlling the illegal traffic of boats and drugs to Europe. The only valuable thing in the village is an old Portuguese cannon that the occidental from the neighborhood, a French antiquarian and Toni, a NGO member who no longer believes in a better world, try to take away.
