- 0 12026年5月10日While the 1996 Hamlet is a bit long for my taste, it's widely considered the best adaptation for its acting and for retaining all the original scenes. Nothing beats the acting from thespians Kenneth Branagh and Derek Jacobi.. The Mel Gibson’s version is decent, but it cuts a few scenes. The setting of that version is more traditional.
