Yuvan (Sai Ronak) is an university student who loses his parents in an accident. He dreams to have the same beautiful University life like his parents. The University turns out to be a mechanical studying place because of the new dean. Yuvan meets Sandy (Aditi Singh) and he finds hope to change the University by starting a dream chasers club. Yuvan befriends Sandy and their friendship blossoms into love. Twist in the tale arises when the young couple gets separated because of their sensitive circumstances. A heartbroken Yuvan pens a book titled Tholi Prema as an ode to Sandy. After reading the book, a girl named Swara (Aishwarya) falls in love with Yuvan. Destiny has other plans as Sandy comes back into Yuvan's life. Rest of the story is as to whom Yuvan chooses and ends up with finally.
