Carol Burnett gets the closest thing to a lead role and proves that her brand of comic acting can translate to the big screen in a winning way. The rest of the cast is a rich mix of Altman regulars and partial unknowns who all get their chance to shine ... except Desi Arnaz Jr. Safe to say he did not inherit his father's talent.
