- Danny Potter-Jones14 december 2025All I know is it's based on a comic book that I've never read but the Netflix adaptation felt flat, rushed, and empty. I found it hard to get into it started slow, I don't think it started in the right place for a TV series it might have been better to start a bit more further back? I don't know it just didn't lock you in, I thought the middle was ok and I thought the end it finally getting somewhere but then I felt like I wasted my time it left you on a cliffhanger knowing full well you're not getting a season 2. It felt like Watchmen with a bit of kick ass but it was poorly done. Apparently they had a huge budget so I don't know why it was so bad.
