Musashi is a young boy who lives with his father because his mother left them three years ago. Musashai thinks that she will come back some day. They move from Tokyo to a village in the countryside and one day Musashi sees a man fishing and soon learns a lot from him as he soon takes a strong Interest in fishing. Musashi finds out that his grandfather was a grand champion of bass fishing, to witch Musahsi thinks that fishing could help him find his mother. He gains new friends that also enjoy fishing as well and they travel together searching for new fish.
