After that, the series becomes less brutal but keeps a dark and heavy atmosphere. The animation is solid, though the pacing can feel a bit slow at times, and the characters could use more depth. Still, if you enjoy dark fantasy with a relentless and overpowered main character, Goblin Slayer is worth checking out. ⚠️ Trigger warning: The first episode includes sexual violence. If that’s something that puts you off, you may want to skip the first episode or the entire anime.
