Två dagar innan sitt bröllop så åker Doug och hans tre polare till Las Vegas för att festa loss på en oförglömlig svensexa. Men när de tre marskalkarna vaknar upp med sprängande huvudvärk morgonen efter så är gårkvällen en enda stor minneslucka. Deras lyxiga hotellsvit är fullständigt vandaliserad och brudgummen är försvunnen. Utan en aning om vad som hänt och med väldigt lite tid på sig så måste trion följa sina dimmiga spår bakåt i tiden. De får gå igenom alla sina dåliga beslut för att komma på var det gick snett och förhoppningsvis hinna få Doug tillbaka till Los Angeles i tid till bröllopet. Ju mer de upptäcker, ju mer inser de hur illa ute de verkligen är.
