Varje år runt juletid stör de hans lugna ensamhet med sina allt större, mer skinande och mer högljudda festligheter. När invånarna i Vemdalen tillkännager att de detta år ska göra julen tre gånger så stor som förut, inser Grinchen att det enda sättet för honom att få lugn och ro är att stjäla julen. Han bestämmer sig för att klä ut sig till jultomten på julafton, och går så långt att han till och med fångar en ointresserad, missanpassad ren för att dra hans släde. Under tiden, nere i Vemdalen, smider Cindy-Lou Who, en ung flicka med en översvallande julkänsla, och hennes vänner planer. De ska fånga jultomten under hans julaftonsrunda så att hon kan tacka honom för allt han gjort för hennes utarbetade, ensamstående mamma. Men när julen närmar sig hotar hennes godhjärtade plan att kollidera med Grinchens inte så godhjärtade plan. Kommer Cindy-Lou äntligen att få träffa tomten? Kommer Grinchen att lyckas tysta Vemdalens julfirande en gång för alla?

- Scott13 mars 2025Best Grinch movie ever. Even better than the original. You have to give this one a try. The characters are likeable and entertaining and the storyline is the same as the original, but much more engaging and detailed, with some new characters included. It makes the experience more engaging and enjoyable. I liked the music score even well into the credits at the end. It's a film I could watch many times and not get bored or tired of it. Great job!
- joseorellana6630 december 2025This is as cuddly as a cactus as lovable as a seasick crocodile I wouldn't touch it with a 39 and a half foot pole and so on it's the single worst adaptation of this story ever and that is an accomplishment when the Jim Carey version exist and adds a Grinch love interest yet this one is worse than that!
- Persian Empire7 november 2025Great re-imagining of the oringal Dr.Suess' How the Grinch Stole Christmas. An actual modern take that kept true to its story with the benefit of the new colorful animation. It has become an instant classic in my household where my kids watch it on repeat during the holiday season. Highly recommened
- @F_ReK.i5--21 december 2025They turned the Grinch into a Karen. Absolutely horrible how they take an iconic cultural character and change everything about him except his look and name. It is unimaginable that people are defending this. It would be like changing Santa into a trans woman and arguing that the movie looks good and has a good message so it is okay. If the writers actually had talent they wouldn't need to bastardize an iconic holiday figure and instead write something unique and new. THEY TURNED THE ICONIC CHRISTMAS CHARACTER THE GRINCH INTO A KAREN!
