Schokolade für den Chef
Directed by Manfred StelzerErnst Schmitt, camera-shy workaholic and head of a multinational food company, is no longer the youngest. After his serious heart operation, his worried sister Waltraud asks the successful entrepreneur to finally withdraw from active business life. Even his bustling nephew Marc can hardly wait for his uncle to hand over the management of the company to him - but he is not comfortable with this idea. When Marc wants to close an unprofitable chocolate factory in the Sauerland, Ernst becomes suspicious. The Patrizia-Werke were finally founded by Father Schmitt and form the nucleus of the global corporation. Under the pretext of going to the cure, Ernst sets out with his chauffeur Hubert to check that everything is going well in the Sauerland. So that you can't fool him, he lets himself be hired incognito as a driver in his own factory. While Hubert, a supposed millionaire, lets the dolls dance on a short vacation, Ernst has to haul suitcases for Gräber's plant manager. The almost retired dives deep into the world of his youth. But he also gets on the track of an intrigue: Graves - sarcastically called "graves of the dead" by his employees - deliberately wants to drive the company against the wall, because he gets a fat commission for the sale of the company property. But the company is not lost yet. Patrizia Mattusch, the skilled personnel manager, granddaughter of Ernst's old master Willi, knew a way to save. It is time for Ernst to give up his camouflage and show his "chocolate side".
