Where to Watch Djävulsritten
- Magnus Parde23 januari 2026If you’re a fan of Audie Murphy, you know exactly what you’re getting into: lean runtimes, gritty action, and that quiet, steely-eyed charisma. While not a Western "masterclass," this film is a thoroughly enjoyable, high-stakes ride. Quick Take The Vibe: A simple "revenge trail" plot elevated by complex character interactions. Unlike standard hero tropes, Murphy’s posse is a messy blend of egos and cowardice. The Lead: Murphy excels as Banner Cole, the stoic veteran dealing with a fractured team. The Co-Star: John Saxon is great fun to watch as the "city boy" Seymour Kern. Though his character arc isn't fully developed, his energy provides a perfect foil to Murphy’s grimness. The Bottom Line: It’s a lean, gritty, and highly watchable genre piece that punches well above its weight class.
