Exploitation, kitsch and pulp that provides uncompromising entertainment. It's a joy to see Rodriguez winking at us time and time again. Excellent movie.

Smelling a bit like a cheap knock off Tarantino film, Im not sure if I missed the wacky wagon but this was just too OTT and ridiculous for me to give a shit about anything that was happening. They all seemed to have had a lot of fun making it though so good for them!

Would be a lot of fun with a little bit.. like a ton less clichés... whites are evil, Mexican are good, women are almighty, every houses should have their doors removed to let anyone come in and respectfully add stuffs and values to it (isn't it what always occurs ?), we get it..

Machete (as is Planet Terror) is a love letter to all those independent films you'd see back in the 70's/80's, and with a top cast I thought it was entertaining.
