Loukko is a documentary film about siblings Hanna and Jani. Jani suffers from cerebral palsy and has difficulties finding a job in cultural branch. He is suggested to retire at the age of 26. Hanna wants to help his brother out and with a bunch of punk-volunteers starts to compose an idea of a new sub-cultural center 'Loukko' for everybody to visit and collaborate. The main idea is to create a job for Jani. The documentary is a follow-up about this project.
