- Zokkiie24 april 2026It’s not a bad watch on its own — the action is still solid, Matt Damon slips back into the role easily, and there are a few tense moments that remind you why this series worked in the first place. That said, it feels light years away from the quality of the first three. Those movies ended on such a strong note, and this mostly feels like an unnecessary extra chapter that messes with the clean ending of the original trilogy. Thankfully, those first three still stand perfectly on their own, so it’s pretty easy to treat this as optional. I usually love Alicia Vikander, but her character just never really clicked for me here. She feels a bit out of place in this story, and the writing doesn’t do her many favors. Decent enough movie, just nowhere near essential.
