- SirMonkalot8 mars 2026What in the ADHD did I just watch? I can understand why people seem to enjoy this but it wasn’t for me. Maybe if I wasn’t sober, I would have enjoyed it more? It’s not even because it’s weird, I can do weird because I’m weird. It’s just too chaotic and all over the place. I hated all the weird transitions and wacky camera work, it’s was too distracting. I have to say, I did get through it and it wasn’t a chore to watch, I was thoroughly engaged.

The creativity and vision are strong enough to make it a captivating and fun movie despite its frequent stylistic shifts which land awkwardly in modern perspective. The vfx also obviously are very outdated. That doesn’t limit the effectiveness and provocation of the imagery. Thoughtful and tense, with some solid psychological horror. A great choice for when you want to venture way off the beaten path.
