När en trogen polishund och hans mänsklige polishusse blir sårade tillsammans på jobbet, sätts de ihop med varandra under en helgalen men livräddande operation - och Hundmannen är född. Hundmannen är insvuren för att beskydda och tjäna - och för att hämta, sitta och rulla runt. Medan Hundmannen antar sin nya identitet och försöker imponera på polischefen, måste han stoppa kattsuperskurken Percys ganska onda planer. Percys senaste plan är att klona sig själv och skapa kattungen Lill-Percy för att fördubbla sina möjligheter att göra brottsliga grejer. Men det hela blir komplicerat när Lill-Percy utvecklar ett oväntat vänskapsband med Hundmannen. När Lill-Percy hamnar i klorna på en gemensam fiende, slår Hundmannen och Percy sig motvilligt ihop i en kamp mot klockan för att rädda den lilla kattungen. Under tiden upptäcker de att familj (och kattungar) har kraften att sammanföra även de mest fientliga fiender.

- [ e c k o b a s e ]8 april 2025Going in not knowing the Books, you can tell this is based on some pre existing history. Which doesn't take look to get up to speed with the characters. Very funny puns throughout the film! A great character arc for the main villain, I actually developed some tears. It's good when you find a Kids film that's not only funny but deep as well. Well worth a look of you're a fan or Good Pixar and Animated Films!

A movie adaptation based on one of my favorite books coming out on the day after my 13th birthday but since I saw an early screening I saw it on my 13th birthday. And I absolutely loved it. The animation was absolutely stellar, the story was perfect, the voice acting was amazing, I laughed at so many of the jokes, this is my favorite movie of all time.
