It’s not just stylized, it’s committed. Every frame looks like it was inked, shaded and dipped in primary paint. The cast is stacked: Al Pacino goes full goblin as Big Boy Caprice, Madonna slinks through scenes as Breathless Mahoney and the supporting rogues gallery is a prosthetic fever dream. The plot?
