The events of the series take place in an average hotel within the information office, where the heroine is the information employee who receives daily customers of the hotel. The series tells about the simple, rural young man, Fahman, who comes to the city to work in the aforementioned hotel, which is owned by a person with whom he has a distant kinship relationship, and this relationship facilitates his obtaining a job. As a result of his simplicity and ignorance of hotel work, he is exposed to a lot of troubles and problems in an atmosphere of comedic ironies, pranks and embarrassing situations with hotel guests, especially as he loves the information employee from one side and is jealous of every guest and visitor he talks to.
