Jackson competes against a pretty singer named Alyssa on Amateur Night at the USA Cafe. She wins the competition, but she likes Jackson's style enough that she suggests he play the winner's gig with her. All the long hours Alyssa and Jackson spend rehearsing makes Lauren jealous, however. Elsewhere, Bobby's culinary talents lead him to open up ""Lazzarini's Pizza House,"" but Christian finds that as an employer, Lazz leaves a lot to be desired.
