DJ and Kagura are working space. Kagura notices an approaching UFO and tries to help DJ, but is blown into outer space when the UFO collides. At that time, HEART headquarters on Earth receives a report that the rock surface is moving. After hearing the screams of a monster, Captain Minato issues the order to deploy HEART Winner and HEART Warmer to the Aga Mine. Kagura, who miraculously survived the accident, also rushes to the mine. While the HEART team members are investigating the mine, Nana is trapped. As the mine begins to collapse, Ahnagarge, a mineral vein monster with rock-like skin, emerges from within, Nana on it's back. Kagura skydives from the HEART Winner to rescue Officer Nana. The Mysterious Dark MatterA child reports that a strange tower has suddenly risen up in a housing complex on the outskirts of Tokyo. HEART heads out to investigate. During the investigation, Kagura hears a girl's voice calling out "Neos, Ultraman Neos" in his mind. At that moment, the children near the tower disappear. Officer Hino discovers the entrance to the tower and finds the missing children trapped inside. Kagura enters the tower to provide support. The girl says that the tower was built by the Zam aliens to gather the power of dark matter from space and evolve, and that humans will not be harmed, but Kagura persuades the Zam aliens to stop their experiments and live on Earth together. Kagura tries to lead the Zam Alien away.
