The plan includes enhancing background checks in multiple channels where people purchase firearms. Talk about how the NRA advocates for criminals to have guns. Video of Obama talking about how stats and studies show gun control lowers the number of killings, but that Congress blocks this kind of research. Video of Obama crying while talking about the rights denied to the many citizens killed by guns, including the 1st graders at Sandy Hook. Presentation of the biggest myths regarding gun control and the reality of public support behind the specific regulatory measures being mentioned in popular media and among politicians. Background checks and perception on Obama’s approach made the list of positive aspects that have been misreported. Bill O’Reilly proposed wild solutions to the gun control debate, but did claim that background checks are sensible. Gov Jerry Brown has declared a state of emergency in Porter Ranch over a methane gas leak that has been going since October due to SoCal gas company’s broken pipe. Regulations are being proposed to lower the chances of this happening again. Ana points out that they should’ve implemented these regulations before disaster struck. Ohio’s Att General has dropped his lawsuit against PP over disposal procedures of their medical waste, which wasn’t conducted by the organization. The AG backed off of the lawsuit because Planned Parenthood went after him first, knowing they had legal ground to stand on. Bristol Palin is in the middle of a child custody and child support battle with her latest baby’s father. He’s asking for joint custody and child support now that the newborn is here. President Obama appeared with Anderson Cooper in a town hall meeting and discussed gun control in the US and mentioned that he is willing to meet with the NRA in a reality based conversation. A spokesman from the NRA appeared on Fox News with Megyn Kelly and mentioned that he won’t talk to Obama and that he is creating an Illusion of keeping people safe. In a 1982 MTV interview, Bowie questioned why there black artists were not getting airtime on MTV. Police apologize to a rapper after pointing a gun to his head. He withdraw large amounts of money out of his bank account to buy a car. A German inventor created birth control for men. On a Quinnipiac University poll, Trump is leading by 31 percent and Chris Christie is low by 4 percent. 39 percent of moderate Republicans and 68 percent Liberal Republicans support Trump. Our TYT reporter was at the rally and taped people being thrown out of the rally. Talk about the endorsements Bernie and Hillary have compiled so far. Jayar talks about the overtly positive reaction to Hillary Clinton in Iowa after news of Bernie’s surge. Clinton’s response to Sanders’ surge is to attack him on his Wall Street stance. Cenk thinks this is a ridiculous tactic. She also went after him on his single payer promises on health care. Rich Republican donors are complaining about the lack of influence they’re having on the campaign with Super PACs after Citizens United gave them the go ahead to buy elections. January 13, 2016 Hour 2Ana joins Cenk for SCS. A constable shot and killed a 12 year old girl after firing at her father pulled a gun on him when he got unruly over an eviction notice. Popular YouTube star Matt Santoro and former boyfriend to Nicole Arbour, of Dear Fat People fame, released a video detailing the abuse he suffered from an unnamed former girlfriend. Arbour responded to the video by shaming him and saying he is using her to prop up his YT channel. One of the militia leaders posted a Facebook video detailing the disrespectful gifts he’s received from people taunting their fake movement. He specifically mentioned the dildos and bags of dicks. A couple more would-be patriots that were planning to head to Oregon to join the movement got into a drunken gun fight, with one being shot dead. Some of their fellow militiamen mourned the death of their friend, lamenting the fact they broke the 1st rule of gun safety: don’t mix drinking and guns. Jeb Bush has released a new ad going after Trump, explaining why he calls him a Jerk. Video of the ad that fully explains how horrible it was when Trump mocked a reporter with a disability. They then discuss how lots of whites cannot see the black community beyond their own personal views.Marco Rubio expressed his ownership of firearms from this past Christmas. He was simultaneously supporting the 2nd amendment in favor of his campaign, while fear mongering to help gain supporters. Hillary Clinton reacts to Bernie Sanders’s opinion on free health care. Bernie also laid out his health plan specifics and how most of the raised taxes fall on the rich. Donald Trump’s popularity is far lower than a lot of voters realize via stats. An Oregon Militia member that is against government is complaining that his foster kids are being taken away, citing that he and his wife are losing the tons of money that they’re receiving from the government, based on their foster care duties. In one year, they were being paid $115K by charities alone. Jada Pinkett Smith and Spike Lee are two celebrities who vowed to boycott the Oscars due to their lack of diversity. Kelly was interviewed by GQ and promised to offer answers about his case regarding sex and urination with an underaged girl. He dodged the question about whether or not he was in the video. He blamed his abusive tendencies on his rough and abusive upbringing. The confusing interview also had Kelly compare himself to 'the old Bill Cosby.' The Zika virus has been afflicting many babies around the world. A pregnant mother that was bitten by a mosquito transfers the virus to the unborn baby, leading to defects and a short life for the newborn. Amnesty International looked into the background of where many of our smartphones come from. They discovered that mining for the lithium ion batteries are done by children in The Democratic Republic of Congo for little to no money. Cenk thinks that Obama is definitely in favor of Clinton for the nomination. Video of Obama claiming that Hillary Clinton is a progressive that has been battle tested by the opposition. Cenk continues about how he thinks Sanders is under Obama’s skin because he’s a true Progressive who thinks he can do what Obama didn’t. Video of Obama outlining both candidates’ advantages. During the emergency, the teacher emailed the nurse, while the boy helped. His actions to save her resulted in suspension for breaking the rules. At last night’s Democratic Townhall debate, controversy surrounded a question from a kid that slipped up and said, 'I can see why they gave you this question' when it was supposed to be from the constituents. Video of the moment in question that made people ask if the questions were planted for Hillary from CNN. Cenk points out that Clinton has a history of planting questions. Video of her answer to the question. The kid that asked the question tweeted that it really was his question that was submitted to CNN for any candidate. Cenk rules that the kid was telling the truth, and that it wasn’t planted. One militia member in Oregon is upset that Christie called for them to be dismantled so he challenged him to a sumo match. Video of his challenge. Another story from the militia members was caught on police body cams when they arrested one heading to Oregon to help protect the other patriots. Video of the conflict where he was arrested for DUI and threatened to kill all of the cops. The Mizzou professor that tried to stop journalists from reporting on the school’s racial tensions, asking for 'muscle' has been charged with 3rd degree assault. After investigating Planned Parenthood over the fetal tissue sale controversy, the conclusions led them to indict the group that made the sting videos instead of PP. Fox News’ Judge Napolitano lost his mind over the fact that this Republican judge didn’t rule against Planned Parenthood. President Obama wrote an op-ed in the Washington Post announcing his executive order to ban solitary confinement for juveniles. Cliven Bundy spoke out about the situation, claiming that the Feds are out of line to kill innocent people trying to simply educate everyone about the Constitution. Video of some of the other militia members reacting to Finicum dying, with extreme anger, fear, and a call to arms. Cenk goes Cenko Unchained at the unbelievable level of White Privilege surrounding this entire situation. A Nevada lawmaker immediately tweeted that Finicum was shot with his hands up, and is now a martyr. Audio of the 18 year old girl that was in the car with Finicum, giving her account of how he was killed. They say that it is being done to pay for accommodating them. Washington DC has ticketed many cars since the snowstorm, totalling in over $1million in fees for residents. They have also towed tons of cars that are parked on snow emergency areas that need to be plowed. After fallout from the Arizona high school made headlines for students wearing shirts to spell out Ni**er, the head of the NAACP was answering questions about the situation, and immediately commented on a female reporter’s 'nice tits.' Discussion over how this statement was sexist because of the setting he said it in. And they aged of 30 to 39 prefer Clinton to Sanders 45 to 48 percent. Donald Trump send out bumper stickers to homeless veterans saying we will make America great. Trump has given 75000 to veterans groups out of the 5 million donated by the foundation. The Fine Brothers are famous in youtube world, they create reaction show. They want to trademark their show. Kanye West and Wiz made crazy comments to each other. Kanye thought he was insulting his wife and therefore he made comment about his ex Amber Rose. So Amber Rose came back with a rude comment.
