After 16 years later, Mo Xuanyu from Mo residence sacrifices himself and bring Wei Wuxian back to get revenge for him. The same day, juniors from Gusu Lan Sect came to Mo residence to solve some trouble. When Wei Wuxian is awake, he found out juniors can't handle it, so, he tries to help them. - Episode 8
