In the Cairngorms, she handles birds of prey, before heading to the Peak District village of Bakewell, where she learns how its famous pudding is made. She passes through the Lake District, the Yorkshire Dales and the New Forest, before concluding her tour with a spot of foraging and cooking in the Brecon Beacons.
