During the great Cybertronian War, the Autobots and the Decepticons crash landed on Earth. Millions of years later, geological activity revives the warring factions - the Decepticons want to strip Earth of its vast energy resources, and the Autobots seek to protect the inhabitants of Earth from that fate. And so an endless battle begins in a crucial race to find an energy source for their homeworld Cybertron.

The island, however, is far from ordinary as it is populated by dinosaurs. They construct a tower Grapple thought up to absorb solar energy, which Optimus Prime did not want to be built for fear of The Decepticons getting their hands on it. Make TracksThe Autobots keep a low profile in New York City and help the police catch car thieves. After Tracks gets into an accident, he befriends a mechanic name Raoul. With Raoul's help Tracks discovers a Decepticon plot to turn New York City cars into an army serving Megatron. Working with the Autobots, they manage to foil the plan. - The Autobot RunE26
The Autobot RunMegatron develops a weapon that can permanently freeze Transformers in their vehicle form. He uses the weapon on the Autobots when they are racing and performing stunts for charity. The Golden LagoonThe Decepticons discover a golden lagoon filled with electrum. When they enter the lagoons and coat their bodies with it, they become impervious to laser fire. Megatron uses the advantage to capture several Autobots and, later, defeat Omega Supreme. The Autobots locate the lagoon and cover themselves with electrum. Child's PlayInterested in creating a space bridge at the stadium, the Decepticons attack a baseball game. The Autobots arrive and fight them to a stand still until both groups are suddenly transported to a strange planet where they are no larger than children's toys. The GamblerAs the Autobots return to Earth, they are captured by an alien captain named Bosch. Smokescreen discovers that the alien is a gambler and agrees to go to a casino asteroid to help Bosch win energon. The two lose the the other Autobots after using them as collateral for a loan. With the help of an Autobot named Devcon, they manage to rescue them and leave the asteroid. - The Search for Alpha TrionE32
The Search for Alpha TrionElita-1, leader of a group of female Autobots causing trouble for the Decepticons, is captured and used as bait to lure Optimus Prime into a deadly trap. Prime TargetA Russian jet is stolen by a wealthy and eccentric big game hunter named Lord Chumley. He intends to hunt down Optimus Prime and add him to his exotic collection. Using a number of sophisticated traps, Lord Chumley imprisons a number of Autobots. Optimus head off to rescue them and fights through Chumley's traps. He rescues the Autobots and sends the stolen jet back to the Soviet Union with Chumley tied to its nose. - The Key to Vector Sigma (1)E39

After using Vector Sigma, they find the Key is also capable of making organics turn into machines. Aerial AssaultThe Decepticons work with a smuggler to take over a Mideast palace and begin acquiring plane parts for the construction of a air fortress. The Aerialbots head to the scene, but Slingshot and Sky Dive get into trouble. But a young man known as Hassan comes to their aid to help save the day. - MasqueradeE42
MasqueradeThe Autobots capture the Stunticons during one of their thefts. With the Stunticons now imprisoned, Wheeljack presents a way to disguise Autobots as them. Going undercover, Optimus Prime, Jazz, Mirage, Sideswipe and Windcharger infiltrate the Decepticons and learn the Stunticons were trying to steal a part for a laser. However, the plan hits a snag after the real Stunticons escape. - Trans-Europe ExpressE43
Trans-Europe ExpressSome Autobots take part in a charity race in Europe, but it's all a Decepticon ploy to obtain metal from Augie Canay's car in order to house the Pearl of Bahoudin. With their teammates damaged by the Stunticons, it will be up to Bumblebee, Bluestreak and Tracks to stop the Decepticon plot. - War DawnE44
War DawnSome Aerialbots start to have doubts about their cause, some have started to admire Megatron, and are thinking of switching sides. They get pulled into a time warp, and end up on Cybertron, before the current war began. They'll discover more about Megatron, and the origin of one of their own. - Cosmic RustE45
Cosmic RustMegatron causes his fellow Decepticons to be infected with the deadly Cosmic Rust. Perceptor is captured to find a cure and he does, learning that element X will do the job. The Decepticons are cured, but then they use Perceptor to spread the Cosmic Rust to the Autobots and element X is in short supply. - The Revenge of BruticusE48
The Revenge of BruticusSeeking revenge against Autobot and Decepticon alike, the Combaticons hijack the Space Bridge and use it to alter Earth's orbit, putting it on a collision course with the Sun. With the only means to get off-world damaged in battle, Optimus Prime and Megatron must race against time to stop the Combaticons before the Earth is destroyed. - B.O.T.E49
B.O.T.During a battle, the Protectobots finish off the Combaticons, with the exception of Swindle. Megatron orders Swindle to reconstruct his destroyed comrades or else a bomb in his head will go off, destroying him. As Swindle works to complete this task in time, three students get a hold of Brawl's personality component and use it for their science project, B.O.T., with disastrous results.
