Having foiled an attempt by ex-convict Snake to rob the family one night Marge joins the local police force and becomes extremely zealous,dishing out punishments to the family and breaking up Homer's illegal gambling school. When Homer's friend Herman gets him involved in a scam to sell stolen jeans Marge tries to arrest him but gets no help from Wiggum and eventually resigns,complaining of police corruption.
