- Lorraine Pawlivsky-Love3 avril 2026Maybe who this is being written and performed for is someone like me who wants to see herself and her generation being real and getting gutted when tragedy knocks its nasty knuckles on the well-manicured door of a family in Manhattan. All the money and power doesn't buy back the people who die on us while we're ordering from a 5-star restaurant while ignoring the matriarchal Michelle Pheiffer😇. I love this show because there's a warm welcome into a relationship that opens doors into the universe of family. Dad flys off to his fishing camp to unwind while Mom bubble-baths her way through her boredom. And then whammo; one day it's gone-- the way reality likes to play its hand. Bravo Mr. Sheridan! This is the way I like it served...singed on the outside and rare on the inside. In fact it could use a little more but then I'm not the writer!
