In each episode of this globe-trotting series, four talented chefs compete across three rounds of culinary gameplay as they are transported to the greatest food destinations around the world via immersive LED screen backdrops that have the chefs traveling the globe without ever having to leave the arena.

In each episode of this globe-trotting series like no other, four talented chefs compete across three rounds of culinary gameplay as they are transported to the greatest food destinations around the world via immersive LED screen backdrops that have the chefs traveling the globe without ever having to leave the arena. Joining Robert on this global journey is award-winning chef Daniela Soto-Innes as resident judge, along with appearances from special guest judges at each destination with ties to the region.

    Mexico City Maui Addis AbabaThe competing chefs start in Mexico City with a taco duo. Then they must create a Hawaiian plate lunch using the diverse regional ingredients of Maui, Hawaii. In Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, the finalists create a vegan platter with no utensils allowed.
  • Florence, Memphis & Kyoto

    Florence, Memphis & KyotoRobert Irvine invites four new chefs on a virtual global journey to test their skills and versatility with regional food. Upon landing in Florence, Italy, the chefs must prove they can make pasta from scratch. Three chefs move on to the second round in Memphis, home of low-and-slow barbecue. Only two chefs move on to the final city, Kyoto, Japan, where they must create a dish using fresh tofu for the one and only Chef Masaharu Morimoto.
