Episode 1Christian Summer celebrates his birthday with a big party. Jacob, the youngest son is home from Africa with his family. All of a sudden Christian collapses and is rushed to the hospital. The oldest son Adam has to run the practice alone, while Christian is hospitalized.

Episode 2Jacob takes over Christian's patients to help Adam and discovers lots of errors in the Christian records. Adam flirts with Anna, and Mille finally tells Jacob that she is pregnant.
