In the small town of Ribeirão do Tempo, businesswoman Arminda (Bianca Rinaldi) plans to build a large hotel, but the local population doesn't accept this idea, so everyone goes against her except Joca (Caio Junqueira), a private detective who wants to gain prestige by solving murders and mysterious cases.
