The TV program "Radar", as well as its host Alexey Kornilov, thanks to his scandalous materials dedicated to the criminal side of the city's life, are incredibly popular with viewers. In addition, Kornilov's activities cause discontent among the local mafia, after he interviews Gridasov, one of the authorities of the criminal world. Gridasov is found dead the next day. Kornilov secretly films his funeral, which is attended by criminals of all stripes. The videotape with the filming of the funeral and the journalist himself become the objects of a real hunt by the criminal world. Meanwhile, police captain Dmitry Glazkov, who learned about the supply of large quantities of drugs in coffins with the bodies of dead soldiers, is on the trail of the mafia. Glazkov and Kornilov's paths intersect.
