He needs to be kind to his enemies, lose his gangster mannerisms and so on, and by doing so, his karma can be cleansed so that he can finally win big at 4D. Meanwhile, Dollah is enlisted to go undercover to bust up a Malaysia-Singapore-Indonesia piracy triangle, where the gang has been evading the law for years by hiding behind the facade of a rap group. But Tok Kong tricked his brother, into being the one abandoned. When he meets Tok Kok, he's shocked to discover that his brother is a very successful businessman, with millions to his name - he has wealth, class, style and looks. Tok Kong now wishes he was the one who had been abandoned - staying with Ruby ruined his life. But unknown to them, all is not as it seems with Tok Kok, and he has a strange request to make to his long lost brother.
