When Andrew suggests Kate should apply business logic to advance her dancing career, Declan gets her troop invited at a restaurant function. Scolded absurdly by Naomi, Ringo decides to leave the paramedic training program. Michael insists pupils must henceforth be allowed to address school staff on a first name-basis, which is appreciated by the boys.
