The second season of the television comedy series Mike & Molly began airing on September 26, 2011 on CBS in the United States. The season is produced by Chuck Lorre Productions and Warner Bros. Television, with series creator Mark Roberts serving as executive producer along with Chuck Lorre, James Burrows and Don Foster.
The series focuses on the title characters Mike Biggs and Molly Flynn, a couple who meet at an Overeaters Anonymous meeting in Chicago, Illinois. After Molly, a primary-school teacher, invites police officer Mike to give a talk to her class, they begin dating. Molly lives at home with her mother Joyce, and sister Victoria. Joyce is in an on-off relationship with widower Vince Moranto, who is often seen at the house. Mike lives alone in an apartment but is regularly kept company by his best friend and partner in the police force Carl McMillan. Other prominent characters in the series include Carl's grandmother Rosetta; Mike's mother Peggy and cafe worker Samuel. Holly Robinson Peete has a recurring guest role in Season 2 as Carl's love interest. Season two of Mike & Molly broadcasts on Mondays in the United States at 9:30 P.M.

Mike buys the car behind his fiancé's back, he soon causes tension towards her. Mike soon realizes his dream car has many flaws and he threatens to prosecute Vince for selling a cheaply made car to him. Vince is forced to pay Mike back to avoid facing the consequences. - Victoria Runs Away
E5Victoria Runs AwayMike tries to play peacemaker when Victoria threatens to run away from her mom and her sister. Mike inadvertently causes more tension between his fiancé and her family. Mike decides to leave the house to hang out with Carl until things cool down. Carl takes Mike home and he advises Mike to face his fiancé and her family. E10Molly Needs a NumberWhen Mike makes light of all the work that Molly is putting into planning their wedding Molly decides to let Mike take over and plan the whole wedding on his own. Mike's solution, much to Molly's chagrin, is to suggest they elope instead. In the meantime, Mike, Molly and Carl must rush Carl's new girlfriend, Christina, to the ER after Mike forgets to inform Molly, who is cooking dinner for the four of them, that Christina is allergic to nuts. - Christmas Break
E11Christmas BreakMolly begins to feel a down low on her career after discovering that the vice-principal job is given to Rebecca. Molly becomes more depressed with her life and she begins to doubt her career as a teacher. However, Molly's spirit is soon lifted when she gets a visit from her former student, who is now a successful artist. Molly begins to celebrate the Holidays with her family, with a new appreciation on her life. - Victoria Can't Drive
E13Victoria Can't DriveVictoria is arrested for various driving violations, her car is soon impounded until she pays all of her fines and get her license renewed. Mike is forced to chauffeur Victoria around. Things get worse, when Mike tries to invite his father to the wedding and his relationship with his mother is strained. - Joyce's Choices
E14Joyce's ChoicesVince becomes jealous when Joyce plans on meeting her ex-boyfriend at dinner. Their relationship is soon put to the test, when Vince pays a neighbor to spy on his fiancé. Joyce becomes enraged with Vince for invading her privacy and she angrily calls off the engagement. Mike and Molly try to get Vince and Joyce to make amends with each other. Meanwhile, Molly is trying to convince Mike that she wants to honeymoon with him in Paris.
