In this Flemish series for a young audience, the rather dumb and arrogant Commissaris Migrain (Dutch for 'Commissioner Headach') and his young and brighter, duty-devoted detectives, Toby and Mieke, who has a superwoman-type alter-ego Mega Mindy, further helped by her grandparents, Oma - and Opa Fonkel, and his talking computer Bliep ('Bleep'), solve mysteries and take on and triumph over evildoers.

E1Opa boefCommissioner Emil Migrain has been promoted to the national security, and replaced in the precinct by his equally bossy, bumbling but boasting brother, commissioner Kamiel Migrain. Criminal Bad Max has invented sun glasses with a hidden device to make people obey him and sends those to grandpa Fonkel supposedly as a mail winner, so he goes rob the National Bank and is videotaped in the act before bringing the cash to bad Max and forgetting what he did. After finding him, even Toby can grant Mieke only 24 hours to try and prove Opa's innocence while he hides in his secret laboratory. - De Kriminalsky broers
E4De Kriminalsky broersAfter the three Kriminalsky brothers, world-class robbers, stole the Mona Lisa from the Louvre, Kazimir walks into grandma's sweets shop and is arrested by chance as commissioner Migrain sees him and throws him in jail for a chocolate bar theft. Domineering brother Hanz and the third brother Otto find out and call to arrange for an exchange, which proves dangerous for both bumbling sides. Grandpa Fonkel's lab power generator is down, so Mega Mindy can't be activated until it's repaired. - Carlo
E6CarloConman Carlo, an old beau of grandma Fonkel, turns up and courts her just when she felt neglected by grandpa. The luxury goods he gives her and sells in the village at suspiciously low prices are fake, even so badly made that the perfume the commissioner buys causes an ugly rash. Furthermore, Carlo convinces the gilded girl to 'invest' 10,000 in his business, and plays the same tricks on other women, to have a sizable fortune when he disappears with the loot. The commissioner decides to act as bait for a trap, dressed up as a rich widow.
