Unlike any challenge yet, the contestants are surprised with more mystery ingredients than ever before. Mind Blowing FoodSkills Test: Grant Achatz joins the judges for this episode. The contestants are told to make any dish they want in one hour but they must make it with unique and outstanding plating. The top three dishes belonged to Nick, Dorian and Bri, and Nick's dish is declared the winner. Nick also wins dinner for two at Achatz's restaurant Alinea.
