Joe Mannix is approached by a man claiming to have had a vision of a woman in a polka dot dress being gunned down at a specific time and a specific location. Although skeptical, Mannix follows up on the lead, and finds that the warning was accurate. He begins to investigate the woman's background to learn why she is a target -- and whether the psychic's claims were accurate or some kind of hoax.
