- Kylacham26. srpna 2025I really enjoyed this show initially, I still do for the most part, but he definitely doesn't present a critical look at issues from more than one viewpoint, which at times feels like pandering. I think he would somewhat benefit from a Bill Maher-esque approach where he doesn't assume half of his adopted country are just idiots, but that would probably anger the more extreme elements of his viewer base (even I'm bracing myself for suggesting this, hopefully any comments below regard this in the good faith it is intended, and I also hope a certain type of person won't just downvote a statement that isn't 100% aligned to their personal world view). I miss his interviews too: Goodall, Hawking, Snowden, Lewinksi... these were great, proper journalism, but the show was never built on them, and it's been a LONG time since one occurred. Big ups and appreciation for the type of stories he does do, a lot of injustices that are flying under the radar being brought into the light. His fun/random charity/comedy segments are usually good fun too. Overall a funny, depressing, over-liberal look at the world we live in.
