At the beginning of the third millennium, many animals on our planet are on the verge of extinction. Others have withdrawn to the last regions of the world untouched by human hands and have not been seen for years. The German wildlife filmmaker and adventurer Andreas Kieling goes in search of them: with a film camera and adventure equipment he tries to get the last of their kind in front of the lens.
