- Cypress Zimmer17 December 2025Jojo's gets a lot of hate and almost none of it is deserved. Is this show a bit wacky? Yes absolutely Is this show a bit gay? Yes and...? Is this show a bit ridiculous? Yes but you are watching a piece of fiction and you should expect to have to suspend your disbelief a bit. (albiet a little more for jojos than some other shows) Should you watch it anyways? Yes, you will be rewarded with some of the greatest written villans, the greatest hype moments, fantastic character development and friendships and a really fresh and unique power system that lends itself to some really creative writing that Araki took great advantage of. I'm pretty sure all the people that hate on this show are the same people who have never watched it tbh, there's a lot to like here and not much to dislike. If you read all this and are still not going to watch the show that is your loss </3
