Everything has suddenly changed in Csillagkút. Life becomes much livelier in this tiny Budapest-agglomeration town. Everybody creates new gossip about Péter Pongrácz, who gives up his American welfare and career to establish a new hospital in Csillagkút, converted from an old castle at great cost.
