Harmon "Harm" Rabb Jr. is a former pilot turned lawyer working for the military's JAG (Judge Advocate General) division, the elite legal wing of officers that prosecutes and defends those accused of military-related crimes. He works closely with Lt. Col. Sarah Mackenzie, and together they do what needs to be done to find the truth.

Secret Agent ManHarm finds his first mission flying for the CIA takes him to the Phillipines where he must ""drop"" a limo. Back at JAG, ""Mikey"" Roberts calls on Mac to help him when he must act as a character witness in a honor code conflict.

The One That Got AwayA Marine faces a charge of dereliction after becoming lost in Iraq in a sandstorm; Sturgis prosecutes, and Mac defends. Harm flies again for the CIA, aboard a spy plane for a training hop, which turns into a real mission over North Korea.

Close QuartersDue to overloaded JAG caseload which was made worse by the review of all of Cmdr. Imes cases, the Admiral has the SecNav re-instate Harm's Naval Commission, clearing the way for Harm to return to JAG. When a US submarine rescues 10 North Koreans after their vessel sinks in South Korean waters, Cmdr. Turner arrives from Washington to determine their purpose.

The BoastA soldiers finds himself being investigated when his claim of killing an Iraqi prisoner makes the news. During the all-star game of the Navy & Marine baseball players, a batter narrowly escapes being killed after being hit by a ball thrown at him by the pitcher. The pitcher then comes under scrutiny for possible assault charges.

People v. SecNavIn Iraq two F-14 Tomcats bomb a hospital, which Iraqi forces have turned into a bunker; 32 civilians die. The SecNav stands trial in the International Criminal Court; Harm, Mac, and Bud defend him. Little A.J. disappears and reappears.

CrashThe crash of an aircraft into an aircraft carrier is believed to be the result of the pilot committing suicide, which has Harm & Mac squaring off against one another; especially as Mac wants to hold the pilots commanding officer responsible when she learns he knew the pilot was deeply depressed before the pilot took off. When Mattie gets in over her head, she needs Harm & Petty Officer Coates to help her get out of it.
Persian Gulf

Persian GulfSadik Fahd who held Mac & Webb captive in Paraguay at the end of last season, shows up in Washington, DC and Mac has to wonder what he's up to when he begins to contact her. Harm temporarily loses his hearing when the car battery on his Corvette explodes while he was working on it.

Take It Like a ManMac continues to be tormented by her feelings over her having to kill Sadik Fahd, which begins to interfere with the other parts of her life - including her defense of a former Marine. Mattie continues to deal with how she feels toward her father.

What IfAfter dinner at a Chinese restaurant the gang takes part in a round of what might have become if the various people had set out on different roads. They wind up at a party at Harriet's castle, and they see one another in a different light.

Hard TimeMac discovers the reason for a false positive result of a drug test for an angry woman enlisted Marine, and Harm and Bud represent a senior chief petty officer who is HIV-positive, and whose privacy has become compromised.

Fighting WordsCmdr. Turner defends himself against the complaint filed against him for displaying anti-Korean attitudes when assigned to deal with the SARS outbreak earlier. Harm & Mac go up against one another in the case of a Marine General making public speeches stating Islam goes hand-in-hand with evil & terrorism.

Coming HomeHarm helps protects a mother of a marine killed in action while serving in Iraq from overzealous reporters. In so doing, he works to prepare her for the upcoming burial of her son. Mac & Bud are called upon to see why armored vests given to soldiers in the field to protect them, instead are failing to do what they were designed to do.
