This is the story of Stella (Amanda Sandrelli) and Eleonora (Stefania Sandrelli). Stella has a difficult relationship with her mother, but she is forced to live with her after her husband (Blas Roca-Rey), involved in a financial scandal, abandons her and cuts off all contact. She also resumes her career as a lawyer in the office of her friend Severino (Fabio Ferrari), tackling increasingly difficult cases in each episode.
