A bungalow in Langton Green in Kent is given a high-end refurbishment and extension, a father-and-son team cleverly refigure the existing space in a terraced house in Stoke-on-Trent, and two lifelong friends have high hopes for a piece of land they buy behind a house they already own in Northwood in Middlesex.
