Then, there's a nine-pound super-hero sandwich that's a massive pile-up of bacon, pork and cheese at Jake's Sandwich Board. Topping it off is Car 23, a trolley-shaped loaf of French toast stuffed with berries and cream cheese at the Trolley Car Diner.

The first stop is The Halligan Bar and Grill, where a former fireman has mastered smoke and fire to make the Flatliner, a towering stack of five meats layered between slices of cheddar and pepper Jack cheese. Next up is the Battleship Manassas at The Black Sheep, a 24-inch sandwich overflowing with fried trout. Lastly, there's a burrito on steroids: the six-pound donkey at Baja Bean Co.

Headlining the tour is a 17-pound chicken gyro sandwich at Bellevue Diner that's larger than a fiddle. The next act is Pepperfire's Battle Royale, with stacks of hot chicken tenders layered in between a total four fried cheese sandwiches, all topped with baked apples. The grand finale is at Piranhas, where the Titan Cheesesteak is made with six pounds of steak, one pound of cheese, three pounds of coleslaw and hand-cut fries.

    Louisville's Epic EatsIn the series opener, host Josh Denny rides into Louisville to try his luck with a trifecta of magnificent meals. First, the Double Southern Belle at Mussel and Burger Bar, which sports fried green tomatoes, a full pound of black angus beef and several thick layers of pimento cheese. The Big Daddy Hot Brown at Gary's on Spring takes a famous Louisville dish and transforms it into a two-foot-wide, 10-pound masterpiece. Then, at the Come Back Inn, The Godfather makes a culinary offer he can't refuse: more than one and a half pounds of roast beef smothered in vegetables and marinara sauce, soaked in au jus, and served on a 12-inch roll!

    Cincinnati's Hometown HeroesJosh Denny rolls into Cincinnati, where local favorites are on the menu. Blue Ash Chili dishes out the No Freakin' Way, two and a half pounds of Cincinnati-style chili on top of two and a half pounds of spaghetti, piled high with shredded cheddar and a jalapeno bottlecaps. The city's German heritage is on display at Mecklenburg Gardens, where the Uber Terminator features an eye-popping 38-inch hot mettwurst sausage on a 36-inch bun. And Cincinnati's favorite breakfast sausage, goetta, adds a unique and delicious flavor to the 10-patty Cincinnasty burger at Bard's Burgers and Chili.
