Sam the fireman is one of several firefighters stationed in the Welsh village of Pontypandy. Despite its small population, the village regularly suffers from fires and other dangers. The local firefighters have to respond to these dangers and keep the village safe.

Fireman Sam and his team rock and roll to the rescue!

When Norman hears a fog horn, he thinks it's the pirate's ghost ship. Scared, he runs and becomes lost in the fog with rising water at his feet. Sam, Penny, and Elvis set sail through the fog and rocks to rescue Norman.
