- Nirupam16 avril 2025Beautiful in the way it explores friendship, self discovery, healing, love and death. Seeing Michelle Williams’ Molly sexually explore herself all while navigating her personal baggage was just beautiful to see and frankly very relatable. We’re all figuring ourselves out and it’s always exciting to realize something new about ourselves. Michelle Williams captures that excitement and joy so well. It’s a beautifully heartbreaking performance. She had me SOBBING in that last episode. Similarly, Jenny Slate as the best friend taking care of her dying friend all the while trying to reconcile with the fact that her friend’s dying, was also another incredible performance. I never knew Slate was capable of this. Incredible work by both of them. AND, Sissy Spacek is in two episodes and those two episodes were probably my favorite. Spacek is a legend and I love her so much. This is definitely something I will be rewatching every time I need a good cry. Absolutely beautiful. Loved every second of it.
