S16 • E147 Dec 2, 2014 30mNiamh visits lonely trailer dweller Roy Webber, who has been beaten up by his ex-wife's brothers to warn him off contacting her. However he is so desperate for female company that he refuses to let Niamh go and she has to use psychology to escape. The documentary film turns out better than expected for Howard, despite staff apathy and the presence of an irate patient who turns out to be an actor hired by Nick Reynolds.
